Vino monovarietal de palomino, elaborado mediante la crianza oxidativa tradicional del marco de Jerez. Tras su fermentación el mosto se encabeza por adición de alcohol vínico hasta alcanzar los 18% vol. Posteriormente se lleva a cabo su envejecimiento por el tradicional sistema de soleras y criaderas.
